Send in an image/drawing.
There is no fee required to send in an image/drawing for a creative alteration.
If you would like to see a picture/drawing of your own transformed into one of the creative options
available; send in your photo/drawings to JYT via email as described below.

Under each effect/style there is an area noted with this picture , where you can
click & send an image/drawing now. Clicking the 'send image now' under the effect/style you want will
open up an email box for you to send your picture/drawing. The email box is already noted with the
particular effect/style you have clicked on. Just attach/insert your image or drawing into the email and
click send.
* Please note the email you want the finished proof of your image/drawing to be returned to;
if it is different from the email you are sending your original photo/drawing from.

image(s)/drawing(s) or you have permission from the copyright holder to submit the image(s)/drawing(s)
to JYT to reproduce & or modify the photograph(s)/drawing(s).                        

Your altered photo/drawing is created & returned to you.
I work on the photo to transform the image/drawing. Once the final work is created, I send a finished
proof of your image/drawing back to your email address; with no obligation. 

Ordering your finished creation.
Your finished proof comes with a Pay Pal Invoice/Statement with the ordering options and prices.
If you would like to place an order after receiving your finished proof, payment can be completed at this
time directly through the Pay Pal Invoice/Statement. After JYT receives the payment for your order,
the order will be shipped accordingly.

The ordering options that are available for the effect/style you have chosen are noted in the
Pay Pal Invoice when the finished proof is returned to you.

What is 'art from the heart' all about?                      
Art from the Heart works the same way the photo enrichments, photo art styles & a twist on things does,
as described above in the 'How does Just Your Thing work?', but with a colored drawing you have
created. Art from the Heart is an unique way of created personalized wall art or gifts for your home,
family & friends from a simple colored drawing. Fun for Kids. You get to choose an effect from the
'art from the heart' creative options that you want your drawing to be created with. Create a drawing on
a 8.5" x 11" sheet of white paper using markers, crayons, pencil crayons, or water paints. Try using a
combination of different drawing mediums with different sizes to create interest & add texture.
Scan your drawing. Try to scan the drawing at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher.

click and send a drawing now. Clicking the 'send drawing now' under the effect you want will open up an
email box for you to send your drawing. The email box is already noted with the particular effect you have
clicked on. Just attach/insert your scanned drawing into the email and click send. No fee required.
Your 'art from the heart' will be created, and a finished proof will be sent back to your email with the
option to purchase your finished 'art from the heart'.

What is 'a twist on things' all about?
You can send in a photo/image & JYT will digitally edit & manipulate it in a simple creative way.
A twist on things works as described above in the 'How does Just Your Thing work?'. You let JYT digitally
edit & manipulate the image. This is fun gift for kids! You can view samples of images created JYT in
the 'a twist on things' page.
On the 'twist on things' creative section there is an area noted with this picture, where you can
click and send an image now. Clicking the 'send image now' will open up an email box for you to send your
image. The email box is already noted with 'a twist on things'. Just attach/insert your image into the email
and click send. No fee required. Your finished proof will be sent back to your email with the option to
purchase your finished 'a twist on things' art.

Why is the image alteration & art from the heart creation service free with
no obligation to make an order?
The creation service is free because the results of each photo are unique to the original photo.
I believe everybody has different expectations & distinct hopes of what they want their picture to look
like after the transformation. JYT simply lets you see the results before choosing to make an order.
 
What are the photo/image/drawing requirements that I should have when submitting
an image to JYT?
The bigger, the better. Please send the highest quality, & resolution possible of your images.
All images/drawings sent to JYT must be in the highest quality JPG format & at 300 DPI or higher
resolution.
Digital Photos - JPG format; try to save & send at the highest quality JPG.
Scanned Photographs & Drawings - Try to scan the photograph/drawing at a resolution of 300 DPI or
higher, and in RGB mode.
Blurry & thumbnail-size photos are not suitable.
Please do not crop, resize, or compress your photos before sending them to JYT.

I'm not sure if my image/drawing will work for a certain effect or style?
Submit the image/drawing, and I will give it all my efforts to make it work. I may also suggest a
different effect that may work better with your submitted image/drawing.

I'm not sure if my image quality is high enough?
Submit the image, and I will let you know if it will be suitable or not for the effect or style you have
chosen.                     
               
How do I send my images/drawings to JYT
All images & drawings are sent in by email. Each photo & drawing effect or style has a Send Now option.
Click on the Send Now & a ready made email box titled with the specific effect you have chosen will open.
All you have to do is attach/insert your image or drawing and click send.

How long does it take to get back the proof of my finished photo or drawing?
It depends on the image/drawing effect or style you have chosen for your photo/drawing to be
transformed into. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks; depending on the techniques required to complete the
finished proof. During the holiday times such as Valentines Day, Christmas, Mother's  Day, and
Father's Day, etc., the waiting time may increase.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order request anytime within the 3 months from the date in which the finished proof of
your image/drawing was sent back to you by email. Your finished proof comes with a
Pay Pal Invoice/Statement with the ordering options and prices. If you would like to place an order after
receiving your finished proof, payment can be completed directly through the Pay Pal Invoice/Statement
from the email. After JYT receives the payment for your order, the order will be shipped accordingly.
                
Can I see the finished photo/drawing before I place an order?
Yes, a finished proof of your image/drawing is always emailed to you, with the option to place an order.

How much does it cost?
Getting your image/drawing altered is free. After reviewing the proof of your finished photo/drawing you
then have the option to place an order in two different ways.

What different ways can I have my pictures ordered & delivered?

Email Delivery-as an email attachment.
Your finished photo is delivered to your email. This is a web-ready file suitable for use in email, & use on
photo blogs and websites. The email delivery is recommended for pictures that you will only be sending in
emails, and posting in photo blogs, & websites. If you wish to print your pictures please order a Photo CD
of your finished image to receive the finished image in the original resolution for making prints.

Photo CD-digital format mailed to you.
Your finished photo is delivered to you on a Photo CD. Each Photo CD is personalized with a designed label
directly on the disc. Each CD contains 3 versions of the finished image in the original resolution;
one JPG file, one Tiff file, and one JPG web-ready file for email or for posting on websites & photo blogs. 
The Photo CD delivery is recommended for finished pictures that you will want to print using your own
printer or a Professional Photo Printing Service.
 
What methods of payment do you accept?
JYT accepts online payments via Pay Pal.

How long do I have t0 decide if I want to make an order?
You have 3 months to make an order, form the date of your finished proof.
After the three months are up, your finished proof is removed from JYT's storage.

What do you do with the original & finished proof of my image/drawing after I make an order?
Your images/drawings are kept on file with JYT for a total of 3 months for possible future orders.
Original & finished proofs may be displayed in our JYT Gallery or showcased in our effects & style options,
allowing other clients to view the works of photo art that have been created by using this service.

How long is my image/drawing kept in storage for additional ordering purposes?
You have 3 months from the date of your emailed finished proof to make any additional orders.
After the three months are up, the your finished proof is removed from JYT's storage.
       
What do you do with my original & finished proof I don't make an order?
It will be deleted from JYT after 3 months. Original & finished proofs may be displayed in our JYT Gallery or
showcased in our effects & style options, allowing other clients to view the works of photo art that have
been created by using this JYT's services.

How are the final works created?
The finished artwork is digitally created by JYT. Using a variety of techniques & digital tools such as a
Digital Tablet & Pen and Imaging Software, in combination with imagination, creative & artistic design.
 
What is the mini store?
Clients can browse & shop at the mini store, which is stocked with a selection of creations made by JYT.

How do I buy something from the mini store?
You can purchase items from the mini store online via Pay Pal. A mailing address will need to be provided
to JYT at that time of purchase, to ensure timely delivery of your order.
